I Just Want the Real Truth
I only want the real truth, no matter what it is. I’m just a common ordinary guy, no seminary degrees, no religious credencials, no denomination. I’m a seeker for the Truth — the Real Truth. This whole site could go in the dumpster tomorrow if I were convinced that it were all wrong. I’m not afraid or ashamed to say I’m wrong and if I am convinced one day that anything on this site is not the Truth, I won’t hesitate to change it to what is the Truth or even delete it altogether.
It doesn’t matter to me one way or the other. I’m not tied to any religion, creed, denomination, sect, cult, doctrine, man or woman. I don’t claim to be a prophet, preacher, pastor, evangelist, priest, disciple, teacher or apostle. Like I say, I’m just a common ordinary guy searching for the Real Truth, no natter what it is.
I’m NOT starting a cult nor declaring myself any kind of prophet or leader
I don’t expect to make any money or converts or a new religion or cult from what I write here. I don’t expect to get power or presige from speaking out for the Real Truth. To bring the Truth to the world, it cost Jesus his life. He was always only a poor man with not even a place to call home. I have a job and work for a living, I’m asking no one to support me.
Years ago I told God: “I want the real Truth, whatever it is”.
It took a long time to get all the junk cleaned out of me, before I could start reprogramming myself with the Real Truth. What I discovered was so much different than what I had been taught and endoctrinated by religionists (of all sorts). I know that the majority of religious outfits in this world will be be opposed to what I believe, and maybe even offended.
The only thing that really matters to me is that those who are searching for something real, something true, will hopefully find what they are looking for here.
I can totally relate with you here. Most of what I had learned in the church system has been turned on it’s head through longing after the truth like a precious gem. Now I would be cast out as a heretic from any church today. I am what is considered an Adoptionist, believing that Jesus was born a man like you and I, and was exalted due to his great love for God and fellow man. I am currently looking into forgeries in the NT, and the “atonement”. I am still up in the air concerning Paul, as I feel that we have forgeries in his name; but who knows, he could just be the creation of the “Orthodox” church of the second/third centuries…

I find that you and I are “brothers” in many ways, while still having our differences. (if that makes sense) The more I read, the more I understand about you. I applaud you and your site. I am sure that if you find a moment to check out my see you will see that we have common interest, although we are getting there on separate paths. I list myself as a Minister Of Deination. Actually what that means is that I believe in some of the teachings on Deism, compared with a need to know and understand Jesus and his family, combined with the knowledge of science and by my beliefs on “eternal life.”

Thanks. I have spent hundreds of hour studying and researching and seeking out the real truth. God has really opened up my eyes to so many things in the last few years. One of my greatest fears is that I would be deceived. There is nothing that I value more than the real truth and I pray for it every day.
